Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping within Germany Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. We ship via DHL.

Shipping within the EU Delivery to EU countries typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International Shipping (outside the EU) We ship to selected countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
